How do I place an order on your website?


Select the products you would like to purchase, add them to your shopping cart, and proceed to the Checkout page. You will then be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information. Carefully review your order before submitting for processing. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept major credit cards. The currency for our online store is US Dollars. Of course, we do NOT store any of your credit card information on our website. All transactions are processed securely and are fully PCI compliant.




How long does shipping take?


Delivery times, depending on destination usually take anywhere from 7-10 business days within mainland United States and Canada.




Processing time after placing an order


For all orders except Next Day, please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. You will receive a confirmation email with the shipping details once your package has shipped. Estimated processing times do not apply during promotions and holidays. Please allow additional time for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order during these peak seasons, and be aware of any delays due to the carrier service that may impact delivery times. Please note: shipping times are subject to change due to card validation. BrushTower.com reserves the right to delay shipment or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Is the makeup included? No, the makeup and other accessories are not included. Any makeup and accessories we show is only for display purposes.

Can I track my shipment?

Can my order of BrushTower organizers be shipped to two different addresses?


Every order must have one shipping address.




Do you ship Internationally?


For the time being BrushTowers are shipped only to addresses on mainland United States and Canada.

How do I care for and clean my BrushTower products?


Please clean your BrushTower Organizers by dusting and washing with a soft cloth. To remove oily or stubborn stains, use a mild detergent or baby shampoo. DO NOT use any harsh or abrasive household cleaners or any ammonia or bleach products, doing so can damage the acrylic. DO NOT use Windex. "Every Beautiful moment begins here."
