30 Day Return Policy

 

If you decide to return your BrushTower, you may do so within 30 days, with proof of purchase. Please note that the shipping is non-refundable.

You will be reimbursed the full amount for the BrushTower only. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the BrushTower back to us.

​

A BrushTower must be returned in brand new and unused condition, in its original packaging for our review for reimbursement.

​

Due to the hygienic nature of our product, we cannot accept returns on used items.

​

If your BrushTower arrives damaged, we will replace it.

​

We will reimburse your Return Shipping costs due to an error such as an incorrect or defective item. (if applicable)

​

All returned BrushTowers must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

​

BrushTowers being returned as a result of a manufacturing defect or damage caused by the shipping service will be replaced. (if applicable)

1) We ask our customers to submit a Returns claim, in the form of an e-mail within 24-48 hours of delivery confirmation.

​

2) Claims must be submitted via email. Please attach photos clearly identifying defect or damage.

​

3) Return claimants will be advised once our assessment is complete.
